26 Lessons From 26

I started 26 off in Lyon, France, and it was a great start to what was a great year. I was fully out of my flop era and got to do so much traveling and made net new friends. 14. If I can’t eat something before it goes bad and I don’t know what to make with it, just throw it in the freezer and figure it out later.
  15. My high school physical therapist was right, I can indeed get rid of my knee pain by strengthening my hips/glutes.
  16. Shokz are the best headphones for running.
  17. Karaage is pronounced kuh-rah-gay.
