Not your typical blog post part 2, two years later. Here is some poetry I wrote in 2022 and 2023. Some of these poems are based on my life, but a lot of them aren’t. I took some inspiration from Taylor Swift’s Folklore and Evermore eras and wrote about completely fictional situations and people and it was too easy. No need to be accurate in re-telling events or nitpicking words to perfectly describe how I’m feeling. It made writing more fun. I see why and how Taylor Swift was able to put out two albums so quickly. All photos are my own.
